AEA Regulatory Rise & Shine Round Table

Ric Peri, vice president of government & industry affairsThursday, April 2
7:15 a.m. - 8:15 a.m.
- Grapevine A
Moderated by Ric Peri, vice president of government & industry affairs for AEA.
Speakers include Wayne Fry, FAA; Wes Ryan, FAA; and Jason Dickstein, Washington Aviation Group.

In a year with a new administration, new leadership for the Department of Transportation and new leadership at the FAA, it is nearly impossible to predict precisely what the Regulatory Rise & Shine topics will entail at this year’s AEA convention. What we do know is there are still repair station regulations in the queue, which have been undergoing internal FAA final review and amendments for the past six months; the FAA has an international commitment to move forward with some form of safety management system regulations; and the FAA Reauthorization still has not been approved. As always, there will be plenty to discuss during the Regulatory Rise & Shine Round Table.
