  • AEA First-Nighter Party
  • AEA Annual Awards Luncheon
  • AEA's So Long Saloon Reception

Wednesday, March 22, 2011 7:00 p.m.
AEA First-Nighter Party
7:00 p.m. - Grand Ballroom

And the beat goes on! Join fellow AEA members as we “Rock the Night” in Reno with a live rock band concert.  Upon entering the “concert,” mingle with fellow members while you sample a variety of food stations and great libations! Then, get ready for a rousing evening as the band takes the stage to entertain AEA attendees with a mix of rock, funk and blues.

This year’s party will feature a private concert by “The Groove Pilots” rock & roll band, with surprise special performances by a few AEA members! The evening includes full buffet dinner, open bar throughout the night, concert with concert T-shirts for everyone, and special events throughout the party. This will be a party members will remember for years to come — be a part of this special night as we groove on tunes familiar to every age group.

Each ticket holder will receive a commemorative concert T-shirt and other fun concert items.

Tickets are included in a full convention registration or full spouse registration. Suggested attire: concert T-shirt! Individual tickets are available at $160 per person on a first-come, first-served basis until the concert is SOLD OUT! The concert will take place at the Grand Sierra Resort Grand Ballroom.
