Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Design systems integration wiring diagrams ,build harness and install in aircraft ,test and  complete FAA required paperwork for ReturnTo Service.

Initially you will be installing ADS-B Garmin GTX3000 or similar ADS-B solutions systems into Part 25 Aircraft.

Compile work orders, inspection, and repair and overhaul documentation in work records.

Responsible to track and account for parts issued from stores to assigned job tasks.

Willing to attend training courses and/or seminars as directed by company needs and become familiar with all aspects of the Company Manuals.

You may be asked to, and be reimbursed for travel to and from aircraft locations for servicing and install work.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience on Part 25 A/C with  FAA license –   A&P and IA a bonus
  • Experienced in Garmin installations.
  • Must have own vehicle with valid 'clean' drivers licence.
  • Must be able to draw electrical diagrams. Visio experience a plus
  • Must be able to read technical manuals to configure and design interconnects between multiple avionics systems.
  • Must have a good understanding of avionics systems, components and aircraft.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work shift work and overtime.
