Harrah joined Garmin in July 1999. Today, he is the director of avionics product support, where he leads Garmin's global aviation support activities. Harrah earned his bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and he is a commercial/instrument, multi and single engine-rated pilot. 

In addition to chairing an AEA ad hoc committee examining manufacturers' warranty policies, Harrah currently is a member of the AEA Government and Industry Affairs Committee and the AEA Strategic Outlook Committee. Harrah also has served on committees and advisory groups for the Federal Aviation Administration and the General Aviation Manufacturers Association.

In March 1982, Joubert founded Pacific Southwest Instruments. Now, 30 years later, PSI has grown into a worldwide, well-recognized provider of aircraft instrument repair services. 

Joubert currently serves as President/CEO at PSI. He has been active in the AEA for many years, a board member for the past six years, serves on the AEA Finance Committee and the Government and Industry Affairs Committee, and PSI is a regular participant and sponsor at AEA meetings and events.

He was named the 2012 AEA Member of the Year at the AEA International Convention & Trade Show, April 5, in Washington, D.C.

Kelly is an area sales manager for Honeywell International. Following a stint in the U.S. Navy, Kelly was offered a job by Bendix/King.

He has worked both on the B&GA side of the fence as well as on the air transport side, serving as a field service engineer, customer account manager and manager of field service for some of the nation's biggest and most demanding airlines.

He has served on committees for the Air Transport Association and has served on the AEA board since 2009.

Loso has been in business aviation for more than 30 years, starting his career with Cessna at the Wichita Citation Service Center as an avionics technician. He also held positions with Rockwell Collins in Wichita and then Garrett Aviation in Houston for almost 18 years. 

Loso returned to his hometown of St. Louis in 1998, as director of avionics for JetCorp and then moved to Premier Air Center four years later as director of avionics. He has been in avionics sales since 2005, first with Jet Aviation in West Palm Beach and now with Jet Aviation (previously Midcoast Aviation).

Loso previously served as a member of the board of directors for the Greater St. Louis Business Aircraft Association. Elected to the AEA board in 2009, Loso has attended every AEA International Convention & Trade Show, and all but two AEA Regional Meetings since 1998.

Relling was elected to the AEA board of directors in 2009. He is the international sales manager for Aspen Avionics.

Previously, Relling was international sales manager for Aero Dynamix Inc. He also worked as an international sales representative at Honeywell for many years.

Relling attends the AEA Europe Regional Meeting and the AEA South Pacific Regional Meeting every year, as well as the annual AEA International Convention & Trade Show.

After completing a degree in aeronautics and becoming an instrument-rated commercial pilot, Stephenson's career began working at a Beechcraft sales office, and later for Mooney Aircraft where she delivered and eventually sold aircraft. 

In 1998, she joined L-3 Avionics Systems (then BF Goodrich) where she is currently the manager of the aftermarket business development group. 

Her involvement in the AEA also began in 1998, and she was elected to the board of directors in 2009. Currently, she serves on the AEA Trusteeship Committee. Stephenson also has served on the AEA Member of the Year nominating committee and attends every AEA International Convention & Trade Show and AEA Regional Meetings.
