The exhibits in the AEA Exhibit Hall are designed to create a synergy between the manufacturers and their dealers. This is a closed show to the general public - the manufacturers are there to show the dealers the latest and greatest in new technology and how much the dealers can profit. Enjoy many networking opportunities and take advantage of talking face-to-face to these manufacturers.

The deadline for advanced registration is February 17.

Children’s Policy for attendance at the AEA Convention & Trade Show

  • Children under the age of 18 must be with an adult at all times in the AEA Exhibit Hall (no one under 18 allowed in the hall during setup and teardown times or in any meeting ).

  • Each child over the age of 2 will need to have a badge to enter and will be charged a fee of $20 per day.  Badges can be purchased on-site at the AEA On-Site Registration Desk or in advance by clicking on the link below.

  • AEA First Nighter Party – This party is a professional networking event for convention attendees. This is a ticketed function – tickets are $175 each or included in a full registration fee.  Any child under the age of 18 will need a ticket and the cost will be $75. Children’s tickets need to be purchased in advance – please click on the link below to complete the Child’s registration form.

The Aircraft Electronics Association (show management) is making preparations for its upcoming 60th annual AEA International Convention & Trade Show and doing its best to help exhibitors have a successful show. While all convention attendees are invited to the trade show, any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public places, including another company’s booth, is in violation of the AEA’s suitcasing policy and will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may be applied.

A full registration or full non-member registration includes all training, all sessions, exhibit hall entrance for two days and First-Nighter Party.

A spouse registration includes exhibit hall entrance for two days and First-Nighter Party.

A full member or non-member registration must accompany a spouse registration.

A spouse registration does NOT include training sessions.

More than 75 hours of regulatory, technical and business management training during the four days.

There are many options for registration. Of course, your best option is the full registration that covers all meetings & sessions for the four days, entrance into the exhibit hall on both days and the annual AEA First-Nighter Party.

  • $675 - Advanced Registration December 17, 2016 - February 17, 2017

No Refunds allowed after February 17, 2017! - Cancellations and refund requests must be made by February 17, 2017. Refunds will be processed less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after February 17 or for no-shows. Cancellations can be submitted via email to convention@aea.net or via fax to 816-347-8405.

  1. All booth personnel must be registered to gain entrance into the Exhibit Hall
  2. Exhibitors are provided four "EXHIBITS-ONLY" badges free of charge for each 10'x10' exhibit space contracted.
  3. Additional "EXHIBITS-ONLY" badges beyond allotment are $75 per person.
  4. The deadline for advance registration for booth personnel is February 17.
