Shipments are to arrive between Wednesday, February 5 and no later than Wednesday, March 5. Receiving hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Note: Shipments arriving after March 5 may be subject to special handling and a 30% Late Receipt Surcharge.
We strongly recommend that you ship to the Advance Warehouse Address in order to be sure your materials are delivered in your booth space in time for your arrival to set-up your display.
Should you decide to ship directly to the hotel - THE HOTEL BUISNESS CENTER WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EACH PACKAGE RECEIVED BY WEIGHT!
