Press Information
Press credentials allow access into the opening-day general session featuring new product introductions, all training courses throughout the week, the trade show inside the exhibit hall, and the First-Nighter event.
Please provide a business card or photo ID when picking up press credentials at the on-site registration desk. These credentials are required for entrance into the Press Headquarters and all other convention activities. Each credential must be picked up by the person to whom it is assigned.
AEA Convention Press Headquarters is open exclusively to credentialed members of the press and provides a working area for them to report on convention news. Use of AEA Convention Press Headquarters, including all beverages and food, is reserved for registered and credentialed members of the press only. An invitation-only press luncheon will take place on the convention’s first day for those who submit their request for press credentials by March 1, 2027.
