The exhibits in the AEA Exhibit Hall are designed to create a synergy between the manufacturers and their dealers. This is a closed show to the general public - the manufacturers are there to show the dealers the latest and greatest in new technology and how much the dealers can profit. Enjoy many networking opportunities and take advantage of talking face-to-face to these manufacturers.
The deadline for early-bird registration is December 31, 2024.
The deadline for advance registration is March 2, 2025.
The Phoenix Convention Center is walking distance from the AEA headquarters hotel, Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel, as well as several other hotels in the area. Phoenix also has light rail, public transit and ride share opportunities.

Children under the age of 18 must be with an adult at all times in the AEA Exhibit Hall (no one under 18 allowed in the hall during setup and teardown times or in any meeting ).
Children over two are $20 per day. Badges can be purchased on-site at the AEA On-Site Registration Desk
All attendees are invited to the exhibit hall. Any attendee observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public places, including another company’s booth, is in violation of the AEA’s suitcasing policy and will be asked to leave. Additional penalties may be applied.

Cancellations and refund requests must be made by March 2, 2025. Refunds will be processed less a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations and refund requests can be submitted via email to convention@aea.net.
