Driving Directions:
Take the north exit out of the airport towards highways 635/121. Travel north on 121 to the Bass Pro exit. Turn left onto Bass Pro Drive. Continue straight past the Embassy Suites on the right and at the traffic light turn left onto Highway 26 West. Proceed through the traffic light at Fairway Drive and turn right into the hotel entrance on Gaylord Trail.

The exhibits in the AEA Exhibit Hall are designed to create a synergy between the manufacturers and their dealers. This is a closed show to the general public - the manufacturers are there to show the dealers the latest and greatest in new technology and how much the dealers can profit. Enjoy many networking opportunities and take advantage of talking face-to-face to these manufacturers.

Good news here! The convention and trade show are both located at the Marriott's Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. You just take the elevator from your hotel room – no reason to have a rental car or take a taxi.

A full registration or full non-member registration includes all seminars and technical sessions, exhibit hall entrance for two days, First-Nighter Party and Farewell Reception.

More than 75 hours of FAA approved training is offered during the four days.

There are many options for registration. Of course, your best option is the full registration that covers all meetings & workshops for the four days, entrance into the exhibit hall on both days, the annual AEA First Nighter Party and Farewell Reception. The Early-bird fee for AEA member is $575 until January 5, 2015. The advance registration fee for an AEA member is: $635. For non-members the advance registration fee is: $840. On-site fees are more expensive.

No Refunds allowed after March 18, 2015! - Cancellations and refund requests must be made by March 18, 2015. Refunds will be processed less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after March 18 or for no-shows. Cancellations can be submitted via email to convention@aea.net or via fax to 816-347-8405.
