Repair station convention attendees can take advantage of this unique opportunity to personally invite pilots/customers into the AEA Convention Exhibit Hall on Friday, April 29, from 1-5 p.m. at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando.

This is a great opportunity for the repair station to have their customers interact with the OEM sales teams directly and perhaps help you close a sale. For a pilot to have access to the AEA Exhibit Hall, they must be accompanied by a registered repair station attendee.

To adequately prepare for invited pilots and aircraft owners, the following guidelines must be followed:

• Each pilot must be invited and accompanied by a repair station representative.
• Manufacturers may only invite a pilot through the AEA dealer network.
• Attendance can only be on Friday, April 29, from 1-5 p.m.
• All pilots must be registered for Pilots Day either in advance or on-site. The registration fee is $39 per pilot; this includes a one-year subscription to Avionics News. 

Register your customers in advance by Friday, April 8, or they may also register on-site at the AEA Registration Desk at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando.
