Advance your career and industry knowledge by earning a certification provided by ASTM's National Center for Aerospace & Transportation Technologies (NCATT).
The NCATT Certifications demonstrate the knowledge base of the advanced aerospace technician and promote integrity, safety, and professionalism in the aerospace workforce.
NCATT certificates are an industry defined mechanism to identify professionals who demonstrate their knowledge through testing and commit themselves to the aerospace industry. Associations and professionals across every industry use these certifications to recognize qualified and competent individuals.
NCATT is a personnel certification program through ASTM International.

The AEA, in its continuing effort to promote the avionics industry and the value and rewards of an avionics technician career, petitioned the FAA to recognize the scope and details contained within the NCATT AET certification as an acceptable means of compliance to the formal education option as listed in Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) section 65.101(a)(5)(ii). Suitcasing Policy
The Aircraft Electronics Association (show management) is making preparations for its upcoming AEA International Convention & Trade Show and doing its best to help exhibitors have a successful show. While all convention attendees are invited to the trade show, any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public places, including another company’s booth, is in violation of the AEA’s suitcasing policy and will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may be applied.
Beware of unauthorized groups offering email lists!
As is common in connection with large conventions and aviation industry events, there often are unauthorized groups contacting AEA Trade Show exhibitors and others, offering email lists of attendees and other contacts. The AEA does not sell or offer its lists of exhibitors and attendees to any such group; these offers are not legitimate. Please beware of these offers if you receive them.
