Children’s Policy for attendance at the AEA Convention & Trade Show

  • Children under the age of 18 must be with an adult at all times in the AEA Exhibit Hall (no one under 18 allowed in the exhibit hall during setup and teardown times or in any meeting.)

  • Each child over the age of 2 will need to have a badge to enter and will be charged a fee of $20 per day.  Badges can be purchased on-site at the AEA On-Site Registration Desk or in advance by clicking on the link below.

  • AEA First Nighter Party – This party is a professional networking event for convention attendees. This is a ticketed function – tickets are $175 each or included in a full registration fee.  Any child under the age of 18 will need a ticket and the cost will be $75. Children’s tickets need to be purchased in advance – please click on the link below to complete the Child’s registration form.
