The exhibits in the AEA Exhibit Hall are designed to create a synergy between the manufacturers and their dealers. This is a closed show to the general public - the manufacturers are there to show the dealers the latest and greatest in new technology and how much the dealers can profit. Enjoy many networking opportunities and take advantage of talking face-to-face to these manufacturers.

The deadline for early-bird registration is December 31, 2024.

The Phoenix Convention Center is walking distance from the AEA headquarters hotel, Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel, as well as several other hotels in the area. Phoenix also has light rail, public transit and ride share opportunities.

Children’s Policy for attendance at the AEA Convention & Trade Show

  • Children under the age of 18 must be with an adult at all times in the AEA Exhibit Hall (no one under 18 allowed in the hall during setup and teardown times or in any meeting ).

  • Children over two are $20 per day.  Badges can be purchased on-site at the AEA On-Site Registration Desk

All attendees are invited to the exhibit hall. Any attendee observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public places, including another company’s booth, is in violation of the AEA’s suitcasing policy and will be asked to leave. Additional penalties may be applied.

A full registration registration includes:

  • More than 75 hours of regulatory and technical training
  • New Product Introductions
  • Two days networking in the Exhibit Hall

  • First-Nighter Event

Cancellations and refund requests must be made by March 2, 2025. Refunds will be processed less a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations and refund requests can be submitted via email to convention@aea.net.

If you offer products or services to the general aviation industry through a dealers’ network, don’t miss out on reaching hundreds of current and potential dealers all in one place.

  1. All booth personnel must be registered to gain entrance into the Exhibit Hall
  2. Exhibitors are provided four (4) "EXHIBITS-ONLY" badges free of charge for each 10'x10' exhibit space contracted.
  3. Additional "EXHIBITS-ONLY" badges beyond allotment are $85 per person.
  4. Once you have submitted your completed contract with payment, you will receive an email with the Exhibitor Registration Portal information, including your assigned username and password.

The deadline for advanced registration is March 2.
