for the fiscal management, including strategic planning, budgeting and expenses,
as well as the management and development of the avionics staff. Assure quality
avionics system installations, repairs and modifications to enhance company
growth. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of navigation, communication, autopilot
and TAWS systems. Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Practical
problem solver with multiple variables. Must be able to identify problems, collect
data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Education and Experience: A high school diploma is a minimum educational requirement
for this position. Ten years of avionics experience is preferred with two years
management experience and two years experience with the creation of avionics
engineering CAD drawings required. An absolute requirement is that the candidate
must have had two years of accountability for departmental profit and loss.
