REFERENCE:   Docket No. TSA-2004-17131 December 29, 2009 Federal Register

SUMMARY:  The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is extending the comment period on the notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) regarding the Aircraft Repair Station Security Program published on November 18, 2009.

The comment period will now end on Feb. 19, 2010, instead of Jan. 19, 2010.

MAJOR HIGHLIGHTS: You may submit comments, identified by the TSA docket number to this rulemaking, to the Federal Docket Management System (FDMS), electronically by submitting comments through the Federal eRulemaking portal at http://www.regulations.gov.
