SUMMARY: Leads all market customer liaison activities with assigned accounts, conducting customer need assessment and coordinating internal activities in support of customers
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implements marketing strategies for new and existing products. Develop relationships with various market customer representatives (i.e., procurement, engineering, product support and quality) to present capabilities, and benefits of BCA products versus competitor alternatives.
Establish and maintain direct lines of communication with market customers as the primary point of contact ensuring, timely, complete responses to customer inquiries and coordinate engineering development requested.
Responsible for negotiating and administering contracts and agreements with market customers in accordance with BCA’s strategy and targets.
Define and translate market customer requirements into value added products and services BCA will provide at a reasonable return upon delivery.
Review blueprints, plans and other customer-generated documents to develop and prepare proposals.
Prepare monthly order reports, forecasts and periodic market intelligence update outlining customer trends impacting BCA product sales and marketing program development.
Coordinate the activities of all sales personnel assigned
Responsible for promoting and abiding by the HSE rules and policies.
All other duties as assigned
Individual must possess demonstrated experience and knowledge in the aviation industry and the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to be successful and add value and contribute to Company success.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Prior experience with defense and military.
- Prior knowledge of and experience in rotary wing market preferred.
- Technical understanding of rotary wing applications preferred but not required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and 10 years related experience in aircraft component marketing and sales. Global airline industry experience and working knowledge of FAA/JAA regulations required.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, create and conduct customer presentations, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstracts and concrete variables.

Salary: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
