Aircraft Lead Maintenance Technician

We are currently in need of a Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician with the experience and ability to perform quality focused maintenance on turbine powered aircraft.
This role holds a direct responsibility for the safety & quality control standards of our aircraft technical services in accordance with FAA Repair Station regulations, our client’s high expectations and the Spirit Aeronautics team’s benchmark for excellence.
Based in the Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas metroplex, this person performs scheduled inspections and avionics maintenance and repair activities on various transport category aircraft throughout the local area. Avionics expertise for this position is expected to be strong for fielding support of new technology aircraft systems.
The right candidate will be a well experienced and skilled aircraft maintainer with an Airframe & Powerplant
certificate with the ability to lead and train junior teammates. Being knowledgeable on FAA Repair Station& Aircraft Maintenance regulations, highly organized and confident in their aircraft repair abilities, this person
will be a problem solver. Excellent communications skills, resourcefulness and the ability to fit our culture of

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic Certificate is required.
- FAA Inspection Authorization is desired.
- NCATT Aircraft Electronics Technician certificate is desired.
- Associates degree or higher in Aviation Maintenance is desired.
