A&P Mechanic
Edmonds Aviation LLC is looking for a highly motivated A&P mechanic for our Jonesboro, AR shop. Primary responsibilities include performing major/minor repairs, scheduled inspections, performing or assisting with Annual/100hr and scheduled inspections on customers' aircraft.
A&P Certificate Required
Applicant must have prior GA maintenance facility experience
Good communication and good computer usage skills are a must.
Mechanical experience:
Applicant must be skilled in the repair and maintenance in single /twin engine piston. Turbine and jet experience is a plus!
Associated skills required:
* Sheet metal work
* Engine troubleshooting and repair
* Propeller inspection
* Avionics installation, troubleshooting and operational testing
Applicant must be skilled in deciphering:
* Log book entries
* Airworthiness directives
* Aircraft maintenance manuals
* Illustrated parts catalogs
Pay and other requirements
* Competitive hourly pay, $25-$30/hr (negotiable, depending on experience)
* Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm, some overtime and weekend work is possible
