Avionics Department Manager
St. Cloud Aviation is a Fixed Based Operator (FBO) in St. Cloud, MN that provides fuel, avionics, parts, and aircraft maintenance for general aviation and corporate aircraft customers. We are currently looking to fill a full-time Avionics Manager position within our Avionics Department.
Duties Include:
- In charge of all Avionics personnel
-Scheduling of all Avionics projects
-Final authority on customer radio installation and repair quotes
-Daily approval of technician's billable time on shop orders
-Prepare appropriate FMS and 337 paperwork requirements
-Close out completed shop orders in a timely manner
-Log book entry information
-Avionics Technician duties
-Final authority on repair station manual operations
-Follow up with customer quotes and shop order progress in a timely manner
-Review completed projects with personnel to avoid making same mistakes with future installs
-Keep customers up to date on project changes
-Sales and advertising on Avionics equipment
-Additional duties as instructed by Owner or Operations Manager
GOALS:
Increase technician efficiency
Improve customer satisfaction
Increase sales
Clean up open/outstanding shop orders
