ASAP- Full-Time Avionics Technician and Avionics Contractors (2 Positions) - Mesa, AZ (Phoenix Area)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Full-Time Avionics Technician to join our team immediately and two (2) Avionics Contractors for a 90-120 day period starting from September 1st to support a Bell 407GXI conversion to EMS configuration. The project involves upgrading and installing avionics systems as part of our SOW.

Responsibilities:

  • Install FM communications systems (Technisonic TDFM-9100).
  • Install Garmin GDL 69 with G1000 display.
  • Install Bendix King KRA-405B Radar Altimeter system.
  • Install Sky Connect Satellite IIIA Tracking System.
  • Install ICS System
  • Install all avionics wiring and provisioning in support of the EMS system (Air Methods/United Rotorcraft EMS STC).
  • Ensure all installations comply with FAA regulations and specific STCs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in avionics installation and modifications.
  • Familiarity with Technisonic, Garmin, Bendix King, and Sky Connect systems.
  • Ability to interpret and follow Wire Diagrams and FAA-approved STCs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, ensuring all Red Lines are documented and updated.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Timeline:

  • Full-Time Position: Available immediately.
  • Contractor Positions: From September 1st until project completion.
