Schedule: Monday–Thursday (4/10s)
Pay: $30–$45/hr (DOE) — 60–90 Day Probation Period
About the Role:
We’re looking for experienced Avionics Technicians with FAA Airframe & Powerplant certifications to join our team under our 14 CFR Part 145 Certified Repair Station. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in avionics installation and maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance to ensure continued aircraft airworthiness.
What You'll Do:

Independently install, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical/avionics systems, including:

Communications
-
Navigation
-
Radar
-
TCAS/Transponder
-
DME
-
Autopilot/Flight Director
-
Audio/ADF
-
Engine Monitoring
-
Other advanced avionics and electronics
-

Integrate new systems with existing avionics or operate independently as required.

Work with equipment from vendors such as Garmin, S-TEC, Avidyne, and EII.

Perform in accordance with FAA regulations and OEM technical data.

Maintain clear and professional communication with customers regarding job status and timelines.

Support continued airworthiness of general aviation fixed-wing aircraft including Cessna, Beechcraft, and Piper.
What We’re Looking For:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
-
FAA A&P Certification required.

Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Minimum of 2 years of avionics installation and maintenance experience on fixed-wing or rotorcraft under 14 CFR Part 135 operations.

Hands-on experience with general aviation aircraft (Cessna, Beech, Piper preferred).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Able to work in confined spaces and extreme desert conditions.

Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, climbing, and using ladders.
