A&P Mechanic & CDL Class C Driver with Tanker & Hazmat Endorsements
Rotorcraft Support, Inc. has a state-of-the-art helicopter maintenance facility located in beautiful Fillmore, Ventura County, CA. We provide an entire array of support services, including sales, examinations, repair, upgrades, and component overhaul, exchanges, and warranties. We are a Factory Authorized Service Center for Bell, Airbus, Sikorsky, MD, Robinson, and Leonardo Helicopters. We have provided superior service to the aviation industry since 1986. We are currently seeking an A&P Mechanic/Driver with a current Class C CDL with a Tanker/Hazmat endorsement. The Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience on model Bell 407. 2 years of driving experience with a clean DMV record, to assist our fire support helicopters in various locations in the Western US. Considerable travel and overtime is anticipated during fire season.
Position Available: Full-time
Pay Range: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour depending on experience and capabilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Current and valid A&P certificate.
- Must possess and maintain a Class C CDL with a Tanker/Hazmat endorsement.
- Proof of clean DMV record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Bell 407 Factory training is preferred.
- Employment is conditioned on satisfactory passing and participation in a mandatory
- FAA/FMCSA DOT alcohol and drug screening and testing program.
