LEE'S SUMMIT, MO., March 6, 2012 -- All members of the media that have not already pre-registered for press credentials to cover the 55th annual AEA International Convention & Trade Show, April 3-6, 2012, in Washington, D.C, are encouraged to register online no later than Thursday, March 8. After that date, all registrations must be handled on-site at the AEA Registration Desk located at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center. Click here to request media credentials.
Media credentials allow access to the ever-popular new product introductions, all regulatory round tables, general sessions, Fast Traks and technical training professional development classes, the AEA Exhibit Hall and the AEA Media Luncheon on Wednesday, April 4, sponsored by Aspen Avionics and Sporty's. Media credentials do not include tickets to AEA-hosted social functions, which can be purchased separately from the AEA.
When filling out the registration form online, select "Press" for a complimentary media registration.
After registering online, a confirmation will be sent to you. Media credentials will not be mailed prior to the convention; they can be picked up at the AEA Registration Desk at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center, which is the 2012 convention hotel. Please provide a business card when picking up media credentials. These credentials are required for entrance into the AEA Press Headquarters and all other convention activities. Sponsored by Aspen Avionics and Sporty's, the AEA Press Headquarters will have computers, Internet connections, refreshments and staff available to assist you.
