SUMMARY:
The Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) recently published a request for public consultation on proposed Part 43 legislation -- Maintenance of aircraft in private and aerial work operations.
CASA “wants your feedback to ensure the final policy (consulted earlier) has been accurately reflected in the regulation, Manual of Standards (MOS), and associated advisory materials.”
