The AEA Rate and Labor Survey has long been the source of regionalized labor rate information for the aircraft electronics industry.
Do your part to help keep this data current and relevant. By submitting your company's information, you will receive the survey results two months in advance of nonparticipating shops -- JUST IN TIME FOR EMPLOYEE SALARY/BENEFIT PLANNING FOR 2025.
The online survey only takes a few minutes to complete. Remember, your company must be an AEA member in good standing, and only one survey may be submitted per AEA member company.
The results of the survey will be published in September 2024 for participating members and November 2024 for the remaining membership.
