The Coalition to Save Our GPS today (March 16) filed its responseto theFederal Communications Commission International Bureau Public Notice seeking comment on the NTIA letter and proposed International Bureau actions that would withdraw the conditional waiver it granted LightSquared and prohibit it from building a ground-based wireless network.
