Investing in the knowledge and skills of avionics technicians is essential to maintaining compliance and supporting long-term business success. Beginning in August, the Aircraft Electronics Association will host a series of two-day regional conferences that bring together approved maintenance organizations, manufacturers, regulators and educators for focused technical and business training.
The events are designed to provide practical information that technicians and managers can apply immediately in the shop. Attendees will gain exposure to current industry best practices, regulatory updates and new technologies that affect day-to-day operations.
Each AEA Regional offers opportunities to:
- Enhance technical expertise. Training sessions address current installation practices, troubleshooting strategies and evolving avionics technologies to help technicians work more efficiently and deliver high-quality service.
- Connect with industry resources. Regional sales and product support representatives from leading manufacturers will be available to answer questions and provide technical guidance.
- Stay current on regulatory requirements. Attendees will receive updates on regulations and compliance issues that affect repair stations and maintenance organizations.
- Explore new products and services. Exhibits will feature avionics equipment, tools and support solutions designed to improve shop productivity and capabilities.
