Letter to Parliament Regarding the Implementation of CASR Part 43:
Following discussion of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASR) Part 43 during the recent AEA South Pacific Regional Meeting, it was agreed that the AEA would prepare a template letter for members to send to the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government, with copies also sent to each member’s local representative.
The attached letter is provided for your use. Please edit it with your company and personal details before sending.
Instructions for Customising the Letter:
- Copy the letter onto your company letterhead.
- Update the following fields:
Your Name, Position, Organisation, Address, and Contact Number.
Date — insert the date you sign the letter. - In the first paragraph, replace [Your Organisation / my professional capacity] with your company’s name and your professional title.
- At the end of the letter, delete the placeholders and insert your signature, followed by your name, title, and organisation.
- Send a copy of your final letter to the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government, and copy your local Member of Parliament.
